Rob Bareford will be teaching tennis lessons this summer. Rob has been playing tennis for 16 years and teaching tennis for 7. As a long-time resident of Surreywood he captured two titles for the Stingrays club team. He also played 4 years for the Monacan Chiefs. In his senior year Rob led his team at #1 Singles and Doubles, was the Dominion District Champion, Player of the Year, was selected for Richmond’s All-Metro tennis team, and competed in the Central Region semifinals. Rob played on a tennis scholarship in college for two years at UVA-Wise before transferring to Virginia Tech where he led his Club team at #1 Singles to victory in the USTA Mid-Atlantic Sectional tournament. He has been certified by PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) and has a USTA 5.0 rating.

Lessons will be given in week long sessions with the first starting on June 18th, the second session starting on July 2nd, the third starting on July 16th.

Ages 8 and under: 7:50 am to 8:50 am
Ages 9 – 12:8:50 am to 9:50 am
Ages 13 and older:10 am to 11 am

The cost is $40 per participant for one hour Monday through Thursday with Friday as a rain day. ($40 = 4 hours of group lessons.) Private lessons are available upon request at $30/hour. ADULTS WELCOME!
